If your domain has a Buy Now price or uses the Buy Now or Best Offer option, is also parked at Sedo or uses the Sedo sales landing page and the buyer purchases your domain directly through the marketplace, 10% commission will apply.
High Flexibility
If your domain is listed on Sedo on a Make offer basis or sold via auction and the buyer purchases your domain directly through the marketplace, 15% commission will apply. Using Sedo parking or the Sedo Sales Lander is not a requirement here, but it will definitely boost the reach for your domain offer.
External Transfer
You’ve found a buyer for your domain outside of Sedo and want to handle the transfer through us? Then you benefit from the lowest commission level of 3%. Find out more about the exact conditions here.

If the buyer does not purchase your domain directly on the Sedo marketplace, but comes through a partner of our SedoMLS sales network, the sales commission is always 20%, regardless of whether it is parked, uses the sales lander, had a fixed price or was offered on a negotiated basis.
