Our third and final .AT Short Domain Auction closed on Monday with nearly 4,000 placed bids and more than 350 sold domains. Adding these results to the previous two auction events make for more than 1,000 .AT domains being sold for a total of over $1M USD!

We're glad so many bidders from around the world got a chance to pick up a short and easy-to-remember .AT domain name. Starting December 6, these domains will be entered into the .AT zone. From that day on they'll be fully operational, and we're thrilled to see what our customers have planned with their new domains.

The second of our three .AT Short Domain Auctions closed successfully as well, on Monday, November 21. Again, we noticed an increased bidding activity from interested customers around the globe. This time we counted more than 5,000 bids on almost 400 domains!
In this auction lot, too, bidders were able to bring home two-character domains for under 80 Euros. Other Top-Domains were sold for ten thousand Euros and more.

The first of our three auctions is complete and we're glad so many customers showed interest in the new .AT Short Domains!
Overall, 6,000 bids originating from countries like China, the US, Canada, and of course Germany & Austria, were submitted on almost 400 domains. Among the domains sold there were bargains, with prices below 80 €, and also high-value deals with five-figure sales.
