Sales and Brokerage Consultant
As a Sales and Brokerage Consultant, you are responsible driving new business through brokerage on behalf of domain owners. Successful candidates are innovative, driven and entrepreneurial and will have a demonstrated ability to drive new business, develop and leverage a strong client network, and deliver repeatable and consistent business offerings with a focus on quality, creativity, and integrity.
- Grow and maximize sales revenue; maintain a consistent closing record
- Build a pipeline of domain owners interested in selling their names through self-initiated sales, networking, marketing, warm/cold calling, and other lead generation initiatives
- Research the market and connect with potential buyers
- Conducting needs/solutions analysis and ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively and successfully lead negotiations while adhering to legal constraints
- Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing opportunities
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Marketing, Legal and appropriate support teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and full life cycle sales
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and the ability to drive the sales process
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and driven environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, brokerage or consultancy with an emphasis on solution selling
- Ability to travel to networking events and clients up to 25% of the time
