Account Manager International (m/f/d)

For our five-headed Inside Sales team in Cologne we are currently looking for a full-time Account Manager International (m/f/d) with emphasis on UK Market starting asap.

You are responsible for driving new and existing business internationally as well as in the UK market across all products and services while establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with key decision makers and ensuring both growth and long-term client satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Know your surroundings: Secure your turnover and develop your customers optimally in all areas of sales and in all our products. You take part in networking events.
  • Take responsibility: Acquiring new customers and winning back lost customers through self-generated leads, business development, marketing and networking. You will also be responsible for managing international and UK accounts.
  • Show teamwork: Coordinating with business development, marketing, PR, legal and other appropriate internal support teams.
  • Shaping the future: Development and implementation of new ideas to win new customers

Your profile

  • Education: University degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master), or commercial training with working experiences and minimum of 3 years’ experiences in sales, brokerage or client consulting in the international market
  • Experiences and know-how: Experience in the field of E-Commerce and/or Online-Marketing and good technical understanding
  • Working method: Proven ability to be a self-starter and the ability to drive the sales process. Hands-on mentality and organizational talent
  • Languages: Excellent business English and German skills
