Conditions of Participation

Sedo GmbH, based at Im Mediapark 6b, 50670 Cologne (hereinafter referred to as "Sedo") is giving away the items listed on the X-page (x.com/Sedo). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation.

These conditions of participation are translated into English and are available to the participant online. The contractual language is German. The translation of these terms and conditions into another language is therefore for information purposes only. In the event of any ambiguities or discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

1. Prize

By participating, the participant has the opportunity to win the 3x1 tickets for the London Domain Summit (excluding accommodation, meals and travel) mentioned on the X-page (x.com/Sedo).

2. Procedure

Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: x.com/Sedo. The prize will be raffled off among all participants. Participation is possible by fulfilling the conditions stated in the article. Postal entries will not be considered in the draw.

3. Period of the promotion

The promotion starts on 20.06.2025 from the publication of the post and ends on 09.07.2025 at 23:59 CET ("participation period").

4. Conditions of participation

Participation is free of charge and open to any natural person of legal age. Participation requires the truthful provision of the relevant data and a valid account with X. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Each participant may only take part once.

  2. Like the competition post.
  3. Comment on the post with the word "Sedo".
  4. Repost the competition post on your X profile.

By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions and declare that you have completed all the above steps.

6. Exclusion from participation

Sedo is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, e.g. violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Sedo and their relatives may not take part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Determination of the winners

Sedo will select the winners from all participants in an independent draw.

8. Notification and receipt of the winner

  1. The winners will be announced within seven (7) days of the end of the participation period in a public post on our X-page, with their profile names highlighted.
  2. Winners will also be asked to send us a direct message (DM) on X ([https://x.com/Sedo](https://x.com/Sedo)) within ten (10) days stating their name and email address.
  3. Upon receipt of the data, the tickets will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
  4. If no message is sent within 10 days, as described under point 7 c), an alternative winner will be determined afterwards.

9. Reservation clause

Sedo reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Sedo will only make use of this option if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. Sedo is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond Sedo's control.

10. Data protection regulations

The data collected from the participant/winner (first and last name, e-mail address, account name with the social media provider and, if applicable, postal address) will only be used for the competition and to notify the winner. Winner data (first name, surname and postal address) will only be passed on to the shipping service provider for the purpose of sending the prizes. The data will also be used to personalize the ticket and therefore be transmitted to London Domain Summit. The data will be deleted at the end of the competition.

The winner agrees to his/her name being made public and his/her profile being marked as part of the competition. If the participant objects to the publication, their participation in the competition is excluded. Further information on the handling of personal data at Sedo can be found in Sedo's privacy policy.

11. X Disclaimer

The Sedo competition is in no way connected to X and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by X. The organizer of the competition and recipient of the information provided for participation is not X, but Sedo GmbH, Im Mediapark 6b, 50670 Cologne. By participating in the competition, participants declare their agreement with these conditions of participation.

12. Miscellaneous

Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Sedo reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
