Sedo provides customers and sellers with all services associated with domains, such as domain monetization/parking, domain valuations, domain transfers and domain brokerage/marketing. For our four-headed Customer Care team in Cologne we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) starting asap

Your tasks:


  • Shaping the future: You take initiative to creatively solve problems and offer clients suitable alternatives when feasible, and discuss ideas of improvement within the team
  • Knowing your product: You build up a great overview of our services and deep knowledge in our customer-centric working method
  • Taking over responsibilities: You educate customers on Sedo’s products and services, and guide them through online selling and buying processes on our website. You answer customer inquiries via email, live chat as well as phone in English
  • Being a teamworker: You coordinate with internal specialists to maintain high customer satisfaction

Your profile:


  • Personality: Commitment and enjoyment in serving new and existing customers, and the ability to actively listen and to articulate complex background information
  • Working method: Patient, positive and a good team player
  • Experiences and know-how: General understanding of and interest in internet technologies, and excellent communication skills in written and verbal
  • Languages: Excellent business English skills and ideally good knowledge of German
  • Education: IB or A-level qualification, and at least two years experiences in a customer facing role in an Internet/online service environment or User Help Desk
