The Inside Sales department focuses its work on the development of existing customer relationships and their accounts with a combination of sales activities and customer care.
The focus of our industry experts in the Outside Sales department is to create new business opportunities for Sedo which extend beyond all of the product lines.
The focus of our Business Development team is the formation of new partnerships and collaborations with registrars, registrar centres, whois database operators and additional providers from the online/domain sector.
The Marketing team develops innovative campaigns and events for global markets and thus ensures that our strategic advantages are emphasised.
Product Management is in charge of the further development of the Sedo trading platform and domain parking products.
The Customer Care team is often the first point of contact for Sedo customers – and thus one of the company's most important service touch points.
Once the buyer and seller reach an agreement, our transfer team assures a timely and secure transfer of the domain and payment.
Security & Compliance
The generation of high-quality traffic and the prevention of fraudulent activities are the focus of the "security service" for our trading platform.
As an internet company with a technical focus, our services are based on the internally developed applications and tools of our development team.
The Finance team handles all financial matters, from supervision of the escrow service to the payment of customers and partners all the way up to accounting and controlling.
Sedo's Legal Department works on the front line of one of the most dynamic and exciting areas of law: the use of existing rights to the domain area.
