What are Domain Backorders and how does it work?
Once you click on the button “backorder”, you will be forwarded to our partner Network Solutions where you can place the backorder. Placing a backorder on a domain name is essentially like putting a reservation on a domain name registered to someone else. By placing a backorder on a domain name, our partner Network Solutions will monitor and attempt to obtain the domain name for you should it become available. If the domain name expires, you get the chance to register it before it's available to the public.
