Customer Care– Transfer Specialist (m/f/d) International

To support our five-headed Transfer team in Cologne, we are looking for a full-time Customer Care –Transfer Specialist (m/f/d) International starting immediately.

Your tasks:

  • Take responsibility: You can process the variety of domain transfers (some of which are very expensive) quickly and cleanly, primarily for international customers with cross-border domain transfers and for German-speaking customers optionally. You take the responsibility for the registration of new owner relationships as well as ensuring the outpayment via our trusted payment service.
  • Be a team player: To ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, you work closely with the colleagues in different departments, such as Finance, Sales, Legal, etc.
  • Shape the future: You continuously improve our internal processes and procedures as per our “Customer Centric” strategy with regard to quality, security, speed and customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

  • Personality: Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, patience, positive charisma and team player
  • Working style: independent, pronounced customer and service orientation, structured and goal-oriented
  • Experiences and know-how: You bring along professional experience in the field of customer support and/or user help desk, ideally in e-commerce along with basic technical understanding as well as an affinity for the internet. Additionally, you have well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German
  • Education: Successfully completed commercial training
